the Skin must breathe
Naked on the porch
a whole new meaning
to summer Moon
a speck off the Universe
dabbles in Thought
guided tour de no man’s land
the soles of my Mind
now nestle in slippers
bestowed, Divine
the freckles of the sky
wink in cheery Light
content to Be, always
until they absorb
they will teach me to be like this
I feel the Breath of the One
in the slightest of Breeze
the hum of the Earth
and her sisters in Space
the vibration of the Cosmos
on this once-long-drawn face
I breathe back thanks
to the One who fills my lungs
and for the Ones who’ve whispered
my gentle lullabies in tongues.
